Attorney and owner David Kennedy has had over 30 years of experience in the real estate, lending and title industries. He has been in the private practice of law at the same location in Norton Ohio since 1989. Much of his practice has focused on the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Prior to that, he worked for 10 years in the banking industry as a loan officer and branch manager. In the early 1990’s David opened and managed a branch office for Midland Commerce Group.  In 1998, he started Ohio Fidelity Title Agency, Inc. Mr. Kennedy received his bachelor's degree in business management and economics from Miami University in 1978 and his Law Degree from the University of Akron in 1986.
